in our just renovated Bed and Breakfast,

We are at few minutes from Montecatini
Terme, Florence, Lucca, Pisa, Viareggio and

Our farmhouse has all of the above

The Farmhouse
The Poderi Pratina farm house was born
parallel to the family Giannoni farm. An
old barn, completely refurbished, has
been adapted with a kitchen, a large
living room with fireplace, and -on the
first floor- four bedrooms and two
bathrooms.
All the furnishings are made by hand by
the owners and materials for the
renovation were chosen in order to
maintain the original structure intact
With us you can perform all the
activities belonging to the world of
agriculture.

All the rooms and bathrooms

mirrors etc.. are artisan made by
farm owners, each piece of furniture
is a "unique" piece and everything
gives the flavor of typical campaign
houses.
On the ground floor you'll find the

room with private entrance.
